Hocus Pocus!

OH my! The new images from Lockhart are sooooooo cute! Just look at this:

And this:
I never imagined a witch would have to do laundry . . . I assumed there would be a spell for that!

*samples courtesy of Lockhart Stamp Co.

I know, I know . . . I haven't blogged in a while . . . still having stuff done around the house. And I usually don't post this type of thing here, but I LOVE our new windows! And I LOVE the new tile in the Master Bath.

So, here are a few pics of the new tile, which still needs to be grouted (and I didn't set the "white balance" on the camera, so of course the colors aren't exact).

One thing we really like about the border is the little pieces of tumbled stone. . .and the swirl, of course!

HA! Custom built cubbies for shampoo! The pieces of wood are there to hold the top tiles in place while the mortar dries.

The floor is done in a diamond pattern.

Hmmm . . .it's difficult to take pictures of a bathroom (especially because this one is soooooo tiny!) . . . but here's one standing back looking in from the bedroom. The tile was taken all the way to the ceiling and the recessed lighting is also new.

Thanks for visiting today! Have a beautiful day!

I've Looked Everywhere . . .

. . . and I can't find it. I've opened every drawer . . .every cabinet . . .searched in every cubby in my craft room and I can't find my Muse.
Probably has something to do with the work being done around the house . . . . the master bath is completely torn apart . . . and once that's done, the guest bath will be completely torn apart . . .and in between those two projects, the windows will be replaced. All very exciting . . .but exhausting, too. Choosing tile was absolutely mind boggling . . .
Anywhooooo . . . onto the good stuff . . .

Since I can't find my Muse, I thought I'd post a few pictures of what will be coming in over the next few weeks.
How cute is this little guy??
And how yummy is this paper??
Stay tuned for a few more sneak peeks . . . soooooooo much more great stuff coming in . . .

What I Did . . .

on my summer vacation:

Day 3: Cleaned out my Craft Room.
Days 4 & 5: Played in my Craft Room.
Days 6 and 7: Absolutely not a whole lot (except spend some wonderful quality time with my hubby . . . okay, I did go to the store to ship out a few orders).
Day 8: More relaxing.
Day 9: Went to my sister's house to see her new bathroom . . . decided we're going to have both of our bathrooms remodeled.
Day 10: Dogs got skunked (btw: tomato juice doesn't work).
Day 11: Still trying to get rid of skunk smell . . .was supposed to go shopping for new tile.
Day 12: Went to lunch with some girlfriends (a lovely day indeed).

And that's what I did on vacation.
