It's a guillotine style paper cutter . . .you know, the heavy duty kind? However . . .it has . . . if you're not sitting down, you might want to. . . it has . . . interchangeable DECORATIVE blades! AND it will cut 12x12 cardstock! AND, it comes with a scallop, classic and ripped blade.
Even better . . .she has it on ORDER!
